Conditions*     I validate my booking request and accept without reservation the general terms and conditions of sale below:
- reductions in attendance not communicated within 48 hours before the booked date will be charged at 50% of the menu price.
- If the payment of a confirmation deposit is required, the reservation is confirmed only upon payment of the same within 48 hours of receiving the payment instructions via email and text message. After this deadline the booking will be automatically cancelled.
- The payment of the confirmation deposit implies acceptance of the conditions reported on behalf of all participants.
- reservations referring to the outdoor area, in the event of weather conditions that actually make the restaurant service uncomfortable such as rain, wind and temperatures below 20*C, will be canceled and any confirmation deposit paid will be converted into the form of paper voucher redeemable within 6 months to be collected during the opening hours of the facility.

During the week the entire structure closes at 3.30pm, on weekends at 4.30pm. From Thursday to Sunday evening at 00.00.
